About ILY

ILY is a private family album, chat, and calendar, built so early childhood moments are not lost to a busy day, a full camera roll, or the gap between school and home. This year we are focused on schools and parents directly.

ILY is built by a large, multidisciplinary team at AGENTS CO., LTD. product, design, research, engineering, privacy, school partnerships, and family support, working together for many years on how childhood memories should be captured, shared, and kept safe.
We soft-launched in 2025 to learn with real families. In 2026 we are launching at full scale, with a clear focus on daycares, preschools, and the parents who trust them with a child’s day.

We believe small daycares and larger preschools can communicate with parents more easily, and that those early moments should not disappear just because a parent could not be in the room.
When a parent works full-time and a child is at preschool or daycare, they miss most of the day. Teachers are there for the first steps, the silly grin, the quiet cuddle after a hard morning. One good, cute photo a day can mean the world, especially when it is the only window into hours they could not witness.
Even parents who are fully present struggle to keep track. Photos get lost in the camera roll. There is never enough time to share with grandparents and extended family. Life moves on. ILY exists to make capturing, sharing, and storing those memories easier, for teachers sending moments home, for families keeping them forever, and for anyone who wants a private circle without another public social network.

We are not only charging for the app. Your plan also covers the real cost of storing large, high-quality photos and videos safely over time. Premium is built as a premium experience, and priced so families can actually keep years of moments without treating storage as an afterthought.

ILY is operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. We build products for child development and for keeping families together. Privacy is not a marketing line for us. Family photos can be extremely sensitive, and the platform has to earn that trust.
We do not run ads inside ILY. We do not sell customer data. The only marketing exception is that we may tell you about other apps in our own ecosystem.
