After the trial ends
Without a Premium subscription, access is restricted until you upgrade. You can subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, or request a managed full-account backup through the official ILY desktop application (fee depends on library size) before data is removed per our Terms.

Organized downloads use the folder structure

Where applicable law grants you a right to access or receive a portable

- New families get a free Premium trial (typically 30 days, up to ~90 with milestones; 50 GB of Premium’s 100 GB).
- Premium is $9.99/mo when billed annually, or $12.99/mo month-to-month. 100 GB for the whole family.
- Storage usage counts each photo/video’s original on-device size, not compressed transfer size, and not derived thumbs or encodes we create for performance.
- Need more than 100 GB? Family XL adds +2,000 GB for +$9.99/mo (2,100 GB total, about 21× Premium space).
- Grant limited access when needed: chat only, calendar only, or album access.
